For sick & injured care, please call to ensure we have a pediatrician or pediatric emergency physician on staff and so that our medical team can prepare for your arrival.

We provide concierge medicine, or direct primary care. This helps us provide better service to our patients and their families, with longer appointment times and more access. Appointment fees vary for each of the physicians and experts at the Centre. To learn more about the fees, please call or e-mail our office at concierge@alexandrecentreforchildren.com.

Physicians and wellness team providers practice in areas of health other than what is typically covered by standard insurance carriers. We will always give you a superbill to submit for reimbursement, but we cannot guarantee any reimbursement from your carrier.

We believe every child should have access to quality, comprehensive care. If you need a payment plan, please call our office and we will do our best to work with you.

Payment methods with cash or checks are discounted.

Ultrasounds are a flat rate of $300.

We believe ALL children are entitled to excellent care and should not be denied or discriminated from medical care based on their vaccination status. The independent physicians at the Alexandre Centre believe in informed consent for every family including complete discussion of risks, benefits or any adverse effect prior to administering any pharmaceuticals. 

We believe in the rights of parents to informed, comprehensive and free health decisions regarding their child’s care. Pediatricians providing services at the Alexandre Centre make an extra commitment to provide extensive counseling on vaccines and to accommodate any wishes and concerns regarding childhood vaccinations. If requested, we provide all childhood immunizations except the mRNA vector vaccine for the COVID-19 virus. We do offer preservative free and single vaccine administration in lieu of combination vaccines injections if desired.

As advocates for children, we kindly ask our families and visitors to refrain from wearing medical masks. Masks can be scary for some children, confusing for others. Masks interfere with a child’s ability to grasp spoken language. Masks interfere with the social/emotional development of children which they rely on for intuition. Masks are not developmentally appropriate for small children who are still working on a clear understanding of fantasy and reality.

The Cove is just adjacent to our lobby. Corwin invites you to relax and enjoy a snack and warm or cool beverage during your stay with us!

The independent physicians, doctors, and healthcare professionals have an ethical and financial responsibility to families, and adhere to the highest standards of conduct and integrity. This includes being honest, trustworthy and accountable for our actions, including but not limited to avoiding conflicts of interest. We believe in full transparency and carrying out our responsibilities honestly and in good faith. It is our obligation to maintain confidentiality and to protect the privacy of their patient's information. 

We value the time we have set aside to treat your child, and we spend a significant amount of time preparing for your visit. The independent physicians and experts at the Alexandre Centre never double book appointments. 

We understand life happens. If you are running late, the most important thing is your safety. Please let us know if you will be running more than 15 minutes late for your appointment. We will do our best to accommodate you. On certain occasions it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment.

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we would appreciate 24-hour notice. You will be charged a $100 no show fee for each missed appointment. This is waived in cases of extenuating circumstances or emergencies. 

Because the independent physicians and professionals at the Alexandre Centre offer many pediatric specialty and subspecialty services, you do not need a referral to be seen, nor do you need to switch practices if you are happy with your child's current doctor. The Alexandre Centre can be used as your child's health home or in conjunction with other avenues of care.
